Prior to joining Exec-Comm, Jacob assisted in people operations at Microsoft. Before Microsoft, he led a diverse team at a global non-profit organization where he focused on designing and delivering training programs.

An Oregon native, Jacob passed the time working outside, river rafting, and playing sports. He is an avid reader, mostly of biographies. He is passionate about travel and leverages his fluency in Spanish to hunt for street tacos.
